Loyalty towards a particular Brand. Customers buying the same Brand repeatedly make them Loyal to that Brand – which happens because of their perception of this particular Brand to be of higher quality, providing better services than competitors with no dependence on Price.
Come what may – other Brand may offer better pricing or deals, these Brand Loyal customers will stick to their choice of Brand.
Loyalty implies dedication and should not be confused with habit with its less-than-emotional engagement and commitment.
It’s not easy for Brand to establish itself thus having Brand Loyal customers.
The Brand needs to have -> Dedication -> Belief in own product -> Right approach -> Offer Value to customer -> Positioning -> Advantage over competitors -> Maintain Consistency in all above features.
